Services: Interested parties should make their own enquiries and shall be responsible for connecting to mains services whilst protecting the existing services to the NATS mast compound.
United Utilities advise there may be an existing public sewer through the land.
There is an existing electricity substation on the east boundary of the land.
Rights of Way: NATS shall have a full and uninterrupted right of way to access their compound over any new entrance for development at a similar point to the existing access route.
National Air Traffic Services: NATS advise that there is no public health risk from the mast apparatus
Restriction: A development height restriction shall be imposed of 10m ridge height above existing ground level to prevent otherwise potential interference with the mast communications, subject to legal confirmation
